Specializing in Anxiety Treatment, Depression and Couples Therapy
Anxiety
Many experience anxiety and are unaware of the symptoms. If you ever experienced increased heart rate, sweating, trembling, feeling nervous most of the time, or symptoms similar to those listed, you may be experiencing anxiety.
Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy has been implemented to enhance the connection between two adults engaged in a long-term relationship. Couples may benefit from therapy if: they would like to increase their intimacy, improve their sexual satisfaction, or develop more romance in their relationship.
Depression
Depression is more than "just feeling sad." If you have been experiencing persistent times of sadness or loss of interests, you may be experiencing depression.
Trauma
Trauma can occur with every walk of life. Therapy is essential to help those who are having difficulty coping with the effects of the trauma they endured in childhood or adulthood.
Relationships
Therapy can be the catalyst to improve communication skills between partners, family members and peers. Therapy can be utilized to assist in navigating the waters of clearly expressing yourself to others in a safe environment.
Self-care and Work Balance
With the endurance of the COVID 19 pandemic, people are learning to adjust to a world that is new and scary at times. Therapy can provide tools and techniques to cope in a world in which the rules have changed in how we engage with each other in social settings and work environments.
